Understanding Order Statuses on Nitro

Every Order Tells a Story

When you place an order on Nitro, it moves through several statuses. Understanding what each one means helps you know when to wait, when to act, and when to contact support.

The Statuses

Pending

Your order has been received and is in queue. The provider hasn't started working on it yet. Most orders leave Pending within seconds. Complex or high-volume orders might take a few minutes.

What to do: Wait. This is normal. If an order stays Pending for more than 30 minutes, contact support.

In Progress

Delivery has started. You should see engagement (followers, likes, views, etc.) appearing on your account. The order page shows how much has been delivered so far.

What to do: Nothing — sit back and watch it grow. Delivery speed varies by tier: Budget is usually fastest, Premium takes longer because it sources higher-quality engagement.

Completed

Full quantity delivered. The order is done. If the service includes a refill guarantee, the refill period starts from this date.

What to do: Celebrate. Check your post or profile — the engagement is there. If you notice a drop later and the service has refill, don't worry — it'll be topped up automatically.

Partial

The provider delivered some but not all of the requested quantity and can't complete the rest. This is uncommon but happens occasionally with large orders or if your account settings block some engagement types.

What to do: The undelivered portion is automatically refunded to your wallet. You'll see a refund transaction in your history. You can reorder the remaining amount if needed.

Canceled

The order was canceled — either by you, by support, or because the provider couldn't deliver. Full refund to your wallet.

What to do: Check your wallet — the refund should be there. If you still want the service, place a new order. If the same service keeps failing, try a different tier or contact support.

When to Contact Support

  • Order stuck on Pending for more than 30 minutes
  • Order stuck on In Progress with no delivery movement for 2+ hours
  • Partial delivery that seems too low (e.g., ordered 1000, got 50)
  • Wallet not refunded after a cancellation
  • Engagement delivered to the wrong post (usually means you pasted the wrong link)

Checking Your Orders

The Orders page shows all your orders with filters:

  • Filter by status (All, Active, Completed, Canceled)
  • Search by order ID or service name
  • See detailed breakdown: service, tier, quantity, charge, dates

You can also reorder a completed order with one click — same service, same quantity, same link. Great for recurring boosts.
